Does Someone Need To Be Home To Accept Delivery?

Yes, we strongly recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option. Cintesi's preferred carrier will require a signature as proof of receipt. If someone is not at the delivery location to accept delivery, the items will be returned to Cintesi Tauranga and you will be liable for any additional freight charges.

Do you deliver to Rural / RD address's?

We do not offer free delivery to Rural / RD address's. Please provide an alternative address for delivery. If you are unsure, please contact Cintesi and we will assist you further.

Does Your Postage Fee Include Insurance?

Yes, freight costs include full insurance.

How Do I Track The Progress Of My Delivery?

Cintesi will aim to despatch stock items within 24-48hrs of receiving full payment. If you require a firm delivery date, please email your order number to support@cintesi.co.nz or contact us on 0800-324-683. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number within 24hrs of despatch.

How Long Will Delivery Take After Despatch?

Typical delivery times expected are: 2 – 3 business days - North Island Main Centres 3 – 5 business days - North Island 5 – 7 business days - South Island.
