What is the minimum spend to get FREE DELIVERY?


Does Someone Need To Be Home To Accept Delivery?

Yes, we strongly recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option.

Cintesi's preferred carrier will require a signature as proof of receipt. If someone is not at the delivery location to accept delivery, the items will be returned to Cintesi Tauranga and you will be liable for any additional freight charges.

Do you deliver to Rural, RD or Non Standard Delivery Locations for Free?

We do not offer free delivery to Rural / RD address's. Please provide an alternative address for delivery.
If your delivery address falls outside our carriers normal delivery zones there may be an extra freight charge, this is typically remote parts of New Zealand.

Does Your Postage Fee Include Insurance?

Yes, freight costs include full insurance.

How Do I Track The Progress Of My Delivery?

Cintesi will aim to dispatch stock items within 24-72hrs of receiving full payment.

If you require a firm delivery date, please email your order number to or contact us on 07 577 6138.

You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number within 24hrs of dispatch.

How Long Will Delivery Take After Despatch?

Typical delivery times expected are:

  • 2 – 3 business days for North Island main centers,
  • 3 – 5 business days for general North Island,
  • 5 – 7 business days for South Island.

How much is delivery ?

We offer New Zealand wide freight for all products in the Cintesi range. All stock items are usually despatched within 24 hours of payment. To easily calculate your delivery, simply enter your region at the checkout.

Do you include free shipping with trade discounts?

Free delivery does not apply to orders with trade discounts. Please contact Cintesi for a freight quote.
