Is your stock live and update to date?
Yes, we have a live feed for our stock which is updated every 30 minutes.
Can I order a product if it is out of stock?
Yes, you can process the order exactly as you would if the product was in stock. The due date of the shipment is listed on the product page; you will also be notified when you review your cart.
How do I know how many items you have in stock?
If we have less than 10 items in stock, the quantity available will be indicated on the product page.
What happens if I require more items than the stock available?
You can place the order for the entire quantity required, and then your order will be placed on back order to wait for the new shipment of stock to arrive.
I have noticed the arrival date changing on a product I have ordered, why is this?
Due to shipping and port congestion we are updating arrivals dates as soon as we are made aware. We are doing our best to notify you via email when dates have changed.
Will I still receive free shipping?
Yes, if your order is over $299 shipping will be free to non-rural locations.
The item I want is on sale, but isn’t in stock, will I receive the sale price if I order?
Yes, if you order an item/s during a sale period you will pay the discounted price.
