The Precinct is a stylish boutique shared complex with a range of retail and hospitality spaces.


Concrete and light coloured brick has seen the transformation of the former police station, into a modern version of a shopping mall. Located in the heart is a modern coffee shop & milk bar @wee.tart, the beautiful minimalist concrete and white interior is complemented with white wire seating, white table tops & stainless bases.
