Summer Holiday Dates & Delivery Details.
From all of us at Cintesi, we hope you have a great holiday season. A huge thanks for supporting our family business this year – it really means the world to us.
Our showrooms and warehouse will be taking a break over the holiday period (see closing and re-opening hours below), giving our team some well-deserved downtime. But don’t worry – our online store will be open 24/7! Below we’ve covered off details you may want to know before placing your order.
However, this time of year looks for you — busy or slow, familiar or different — we hope it brings moments of rest, connection, and care. We’re looking forward to an exciting 2026 and can’t wait to share it with you.
Christmas delivery cut off date.
To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering by:
South Island
Tuesday 16th December
North Island
Wednesday 17 December
Please note these are carrier estimates only and cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.
Last dispatch day.
The last day for dispatch from our warehouse will be Friday 19th December.
Showrooms & warehouse closure dates.
Both our Tauranga & Auckland showrooms and warehouse will be closed from Monday, 22nd December 2025, and we’ll be back in action on Monday, 13th January 2025.
Online orders & shipping.
Our warehouse will be closed from 19th December to 11th January 2026. Any order received during this time we will begin dispatching 12th January. We’ll do our best to get everything moving as quickly as possible in our first week back, but please allow a little extra time due to increased order volume. Keep an eye on your inbox – we’ll send tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Click & collect.
Prefer to pick up your order? We’ll start preparing Click & Collect orders from Monday, 12th January 2025. Please allow 2 business days for Tauranga collections and 3–4 business days for Auckland collections. Once your order is ready, we’ll get in touch to let you know it’s good to go.
Returns & Exchanges.
During the holiday season our Warehouse and showrooms will be closed, and we will not be able to receive and process returns. We recommend holding off until we are back on board on the 12th January. You can view our returns policy here.
