To bring the interiors to life, they partnered with interior designer Jess Blair of Forager Studio, known for her thoughtful, nature-inspired approach to creating spaces that feel warm and grounded.

The showhome celebrates open plan living, where the kitchen, dining room, and lounge flow seamlessly together. Natural light, timber details, and soft neutral tones combine to create a relaxed yet contemporary atmosphere. Jess Blair’s design incorporates layered textures and quality finishes, blending comfort with sophistication to suit both everyday family life and entertaining.

Materials & Theme

Throughout the home, materials such as timber, stone, and soft upholstery have been chosen to connect the interiors with Queenstown’s natural landscape. The palette balances earthy tones with modern clean lines, creating a cohesive and timeless environment.

The Dining Room Highlight

At the heart of the dining room, our Lillian upholstered dining chairs make a statement. With their square backrest and clean lines, the chairs nod to mid-century design while remaining timeless and versatile. The black upholstered seat adds depth and contrast against the natural timber finishes, grounding the dining space within the wider open plan layout. Combining comfort with refined style, the Lillian chair elevates the dining room into a welcoming hub for everyday meals and special occasions alike.
