HOW WE ARE HANDLING COVID-19


We are committed to making sure our staff, customers and community stay safe. We are adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the New Zealand Government.


Following the announcement we will be temporarily closing our Tauranga and Auckland Showrooms for the next four weeks.


From Wednesday 25 March, our warehouse will be closed. Online ordering will still be available, however we will not be able to dispatch your order. As soon as the restrictions are lifted we intend to have orders dispatched within 72 hours (3 working days).


As always we can be contacted via website, email or our social media channels.


ONLINE ORDERS


If you place an order online during, you will receive an order confirmation email. This will outline all details in regards to dispatch. The vast majority of our product is in stock; all information about availability is outlined on the product pages.

  • For products In Stock: Please allow 72 hours (3 working days) after re-opening for Cintesi to dispatch your order.
  • For products Out of Stock: The estimated arrival date is listed online, on the product page of item purchased.

Following dispatch, you will receive a tracking number which you can track via our preferred carrier's website.

If you have chosen Click and Collect, as soon as the restrictions are lifted and we can return to work, we will send you an email when your order is ready for collection. We expect this to take 3 working days after re-opening.

DELIVERIES


We work with two third party carriers to execute our deliveries. We will not be dispatching any orders from Tuesday, March 24, as we do not want to create undue pressure on the delivery network.
