Does Someone Need To Be Home To Accept Delivery?
Yes, we strongly recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option. Cintesi's preferred carrier will require a signature as proof of receipt. If someone is not at the delivery location to accept delivery, the items will be returned to Cintesi Tauranga and you will be liable for any additional freight charges.
Does Your Postage Fee Include Insurance?
Yes, freight costs include full insurance.
How Do I Track The Progress Of My Delivery?
Cintesi will despatch stock items within 2-3 working days of receiving full payment. If you require a firm delivery date, please email your order number to support@cintesi.co.nz or contact us on 0800-324-683. If your item includes upholstery or is made to order, please allow 15-20 working days for production.
How Long Will Delivery Take After Despatch?
Typical delivery times expected are: 2 – 3 business days - North Island Main Centres 3 – 5 business days - North Island 5 – 7 business days - South Island Please allow for an extra day or few days for all rural deliveries.
How Much Is Delivery?
We offer New Zealand wide freight for all products in the Cintesi range. All stock items are usually despatched within 24 hours of payment. To easily calculate your delivery, simply enter your region at the checkout.
